Opt-In Confirmation Email Problem

    Good morning,

    I’m facing a strange problem, and to be honest I’m not really sure, if I should post it here, or not. I have a subscription form on my site. Everything works just fine, but when my potential subscriber have an GMAIL account (gmail email address), he is not receiving confirmation email with opt-in checked to yes. If I turn off the Double Opt-In Verification on plugin options page, then he is normally added to the list. Anyway, it’s not working with “Confirmation”. Why?

    Would it help, anyhow, if I will buy pro version? Maybe them I can count on better support. I’m a little bit hurry about this. So, if anyone has an idea of what is going on, pls post it here.

    Hey @samisom,

    The Double Opt-in email is sent by MailChimp.com and not our plugin so if you face an issue with it in free version then the pro version would not help resolve it.

    For the failed sign-ups, can you please go to the “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and let us know if any errors are listed there?
