Let’s talk through the steps just to make sure I’m clear on everything going on and nothing was missed.
You have a website + buddypress + our registration options plugin active. The settings you have for it are a private network that has everyone getting approved before they can access the BuddyPress areas.
You get a new user registered, they go through the WordPress activation portion, but they are still blocked out from the BuddyPress areas, your admin(s) got a notification of a new user, and they log in to go to the moderation panel.
You check on the registered user, know that they are a legit user and should be granted access, so you click the checkbox next to their name and click “approve”.
At this point they should be able to log in and see all parts of the site now, but they aren’t able to for some strange reason? Are they still listed in the moderation panel even after having approved? or do they get removed from there?
