Opinion based comments

    Hi,
    Is there a plugin or a possibility where one chooses an option before commenting. For example Agree or Disagree on a certain post and then justifies their opinion with a comment. Agree comments will be styled green and disagree comments will be styled red.

    Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
