Trying to build a Intranet/CRM any ideas
Yes I build 1 (sort of) for a client who does childrens entertainment
it’s more of a staff portal where entertainers can log in and see a calendar of where they will be working (plus a neat google maps plugin that gives them directions)
and a sales area where virtual assistants can take emails and phone calls see who is available for different parties walk the customer through the faq and send them an email tomake a booking deposit- I currently use zendesk for the email enquiries- too complicated for the needs
what business type is your CRM for
although I have added an area with interspire email marketer with many different forms set up to send the customer a canned response for phone call enquiries (so the virtual team does not have to use zendesk as much

I got most of that all working I just wish we had a good mail server for multiple emails on each staff profile
The plugin is tested in all major browsers and we use it with 15 accounts all day every day – Chrome being our browser of choice. We’d definitely need some specific feedback to understand what could cause the entire plugin to become completely dysfunctional in the absence of all other plugins.
– What exactly does not work?
– Is the styling applied when the page is first loaded? i.e. do the toolbar buttons show icons? Is the selected theme presented?
– Is the Inbox populated at all?
– Any other specific errors or messages you see would help us to identify issues and provide solutions.
alrighty I am using firefox but will test it in chrome
the only thing that does not work is when you click an email- it does not pop up all the time you can click it once and it opens and then close the email and click 100 more times and it does not pop open, you can refresh the page clear the cache and it still does not work- very annoying as you can imagine
The inbox is populated with all emails that part is what I really like- I love the refresh button to get new emails as well
I’ll do a test in chrome to see if the problem comes again
nope not working in chrome but a surprise to me is that it works in IE

Can I get a custom quote? I’d like to have canned messages so a drop down menu would be added to the reply area where the user can select from the drop down menu a title and this will automatically add content to the email (I am creating an area that a virtual assistant can answer enquiries) is this possible and how much (and how long)
Good to know it is functional in IE. However, clearly we have work to do to resolve issues in other browsers. First order of business is to reproduce that behaviour.
