    If you are getting a prompt to download anything at this stage, i.e. Run the WordPress installation script by accessing wp-admin/install.php in your favorite web browser, then something is wrong. Most likely a mistake has been made somwhere in the first 5 instructions. And the first suspect is that all the files have not been uploaded successfully.

    Confirm you have done all steps. Confirm all files are where they should be – don’t just upload them – check to see if the upload was successful.
