Open widgets automatically on page load

Hey, can someone please help me.

I have made some footer widgets. When the site loads on phone (responsive) these widgets are closed. You need to click on them to open them.

I would like them to be open, on page load so the user doesnt have to click on them.

I was wondering if this could be done in CSS? And how please…
