Open Public Chat Room By default

    Hi there,
    Thank You for making such a lovely plugin. I loved this plugin.
    But, I want to add a new functionality to the chat screen which I couldn’t find in the dashboard.
    What I want is, when clicking the chat link in the site (ie, Community Chat button), I want to open the public chat by default, is there any solution for this. For now, it is opening the chat section with public chat and other users. But I want to open the public Chat Room by default.

    Hi pokhsujan,

    Yes, there are various options to do that:

    1) If you are in DOCK MODE, you can go under SETUP > LAYOUT AND FEATURES and set the main button to “OPEN CHATROOM”, that way you’ll be able to launch a specific group chat from the dock.

    2) Alternatively you can use the SIDE CHAT mode (always from SETUP > LAYOUT AND FEATURES) and show a group chat instead of the chat & user list.

    3) You can create a custom button on your site and launch group chats with a simple JS API call FlyzooApi.startGroupChat (check the api docs here: https://www.flyzoo.co/features/chat-api-integration)
