Open or Closed Plugin?

I’m working on a site for a sports recreation league. I want to have a section that shows if the fiels in town are opened or closed. Is there a plugin that can get this accomplished or an easy way to do it?

I know it would be a manual process to have it list closed on the site if it were raining and all the fields were to be closed by the town…that’s ok
