Open Menu Plugin breaks page layout

    Installed Open Menu plugin. Works fine, except that it breaks the page layout. Site is WP 3.1.3 and Thesis 1.8.1. Thesis nav menu disappears on the menu page. It also breaks up the WP Admin Bar at the top of the screen.
