    Can anyone tell me how that should be done, if someone enters a link that that will we opend in a neu window??

    If you mean by clicking a link, target open in a new window, then you can use <a href="http://wordpress.org/support/topic/69316?replies=2" target="_blank">Post to this Link</a>
