Hello,
Can you share a screenshot about the issue? If you are using All in one SEO Opengraph feature, then please contact plugin support.
You can also enable Opengraph from the OceanWP settings. Go to Customize > General options > General Settings and enable it. Now check it is working or not. Don’t forget to disable plugin Opengraph if you are using Opengraph form the theme.
Hope it helps you.
Hello!
1. We always used All In One SEO Pack with the theme OceanWP and there were no problems. Opengraph from the OceanWP we enable too. There was no conflict.
2. When the problem occurred, we disabled the plugin and enable only Opengraph from the OceanWP. This did not solve the problem.
3. Then disabled Opengraph from the OceanWP and enable All In One SEO Pack. And this did not solve the problem.
4. Cache had cleaned.
5. All In One SEO Pack support service was contacted. Thank. We are waiting for advice from them.
There is a title, there is a link to the site, the image is not displayed screenshot about the issue
Plugin support’s answer:
It isn’t with All in One SEO Pack, it’s with your theme…your theme is outputting conflicting OG data.
And how do we solve the problem?
Try to disable all plugin except Ocean Extra & All in one SEO and check it is working or not. Also, try switching the theme to default wordpress theme and check it works or not.
Hello!
As a result, I restored the backup for the day when everything was still working. Then I turned off All In One SEO Pack, then turned off all the plugins. Included one by one and updated one by one.
What was the mistake – to find out yet failed. But Opengraph from the OceanWP settings works.
Thanks for the advice!
Glad to hear that the issue has been fixed!
