Opacity not working

    I have a styling question on my new website. 

    I used be builder to build the team. I like the way I have it in the attached example: all red on hover, no opacity. On the first 7 people using your plugin, the red box does not cover 100% of the area, drops below the box container and has opacity. How can I change all of those to match the style I had set with the theme builder? Any was we can nest the boxes together with no gap like I have done? I try to input zero but only 1 will take?
