    Hello,

My company’s web developer just installed the plugin and I love it! I also noticed that you recently changed the duplicate player issue when using a shortcode, which is great.

However, the same day after updating the plugin, I noticed that the player is now invisible on the page despite being in the code.

Our developer said this is a plugin problem and he described it as follows:
“I can see the code is there
but the CSS is not correct
it “opacity” is set to 0
that’s why you can’t see it”

    When will this be fixed?

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. It looks like you’re hitting up against our logic that checks to see if our JavaScript code is loaded.

Essentially in the scenario where we do not see the accompanying BingeWith JavaScript loaded on the page we do not show the player because the player does not function properly without it.

From your username we’re able to find your site and an example page to replicate the issue. We will reply back once we have addressed the issue.

    Thank you,
