Oops! That page can’t be found

Please help me with my problem.
http://www.hobby-shop.club/“Oops! That page can’t be found.”
I have this message only when I click on the product from my home page which has “Homepage” template, and ONLY when my WordPress language is Russian. If i switch to English – everything is just fine.
The trick is that Russian WordPress changes names of the URL that are using. For example:
English Version of the link:
http://www.hobby-shop.club/product-category/vishivka-lentami/Russian Version of the link:
http://www.hobby-shop.club/%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%8F-%D0%BA%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%B3%D0%BE%D1%80%D0%B8%D1%8F/vishivka-lentami/Here actually I see instead of “%D0%B5…” – russian cyrillic words.
I don’t use any translation plugin. I use translation that comes with WordPress itself.
I would like to use permalink like http://www.hobby-shop.club/shop/%postname%/
If i use it in English – its ok. If in Russian – comes that issue. If i switch to default permalinks – its fine both Russian and English. So i think problem comes from cyrillic letters in product categories.
I double checked product categories slugs – it is in latin. So there should be some script inside WordPress or WooCommerce that generate that link names.
Or maybe i missed something in permalink settings?
this is the image of my permalinks
