Oops Technical Error

Hello I am trying to set up Facebook for Woocommerce, however it gets to the last step before submitting to be approved and shows that there is a technical error.
“Oops Something Went Wrong. This may be because of a technical error we’re working to fix. Please try reloading this page”
When I click to reload, it just takes me back to the beginning of the steps and the same issue continues.
I clicked the help/support link and messaged Facebook who were unable to help. I was told it was a plugin issue. They told me to clear my cache etc, however that did nothing.
Please help.

Could you please navigate to your WP Admin options page here: yoursite/wp-admin/options.php and then look for this field name:
wc_facebook_external_business_idUsually, the value will be like:
storename-dfsdc3lck9k6qPlease try to remove anything else just the storename.
And then please try to re-connect again and let me know how it goes.

Did you try using Cmd+F or Ctrl+F in your browser to search for that?
Also, could you please send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status in the dashboard. Click “Get system report” and then the “Copy for support” button. Once you’ve done that, paste it into your reply.

Thank you for trying out our suggestion!
One thing we have not yet checked, but that can often cause the “Oops, something went wrong.” error is the default currency set in your WooCommerce store. From the System Status Report you’ve shared with us, I see that it’s currently set to AUD, which should cause no problems as it’s in Facebook’s list of supported currencies.
However, can you try temporarily switching the currency to USD, CAD, GBP, or EUR just to establish the connection, and then switching back to AUD once that’s done. We’ve seen others find success with this method, so can you see if that will work in your case?

Can you clarify for us if the
wc_facebook_external_business_idatoptions.phpis set to the correct, full business ID? Sorry if this was unclear, but it’s best to set this option to include the entire business ID found in your Facebook Business Manager.If that doesn’t solve it, please reset the plugin completely following the steps on this page and reconnect to Facebook.
