When I try to subcribe via the mailchimp form I get the message “oops, something went wrong”.

On my old site I hadn’t any problems with it, but since I got a new template and another host I get this error.

I already checked the settings and it seems all good.

How can I fix this?

Can you please try the debugging steps mentioned at https://mc4wp.com/kb/fix-the-oops-something-went-wrong-error/ and see if it resolves the issue?

The first thing to find out more about this error is to go to “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu.
