I have installed the free versions of The Events Calendar and Events Ticket plugins. I connected to Square. I went through Cleared caches, reset permalinks, ticket sales dates in the appropriate range.
When trying to purchase tickets, I get the “Oops, no tickets!” error message.

    Hi @ajdahl98

Could you share a link where I can see this happening? That behavior sounds quite unusual.

Have you tried temporarily deactivating your other plugins to check whether this might be caused by a compatibility conflict? If not, that would be a good next step to help narrow things down.

If you can share the link, I’d be happy to take a closer look.

I found out that it was LightSpeed that was preventing it from working. Do you know what the excludes could be? I tested /event and /events

You can check this article for the recommended configuration to help ensure LiteSpeed Cache works smoothly with our plugins: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/litespeed-cache/

Let me know if that resolves the issue.
