Can you please share more details such as what mobile (OS) you are using? Secondly, can you please check “MailChimp for WP > Others” menu in your WordPress admin and let us know if any errors are displayed?

The phone I used runs Android, and I used Chrome. Another user used an iPhone 6 w/ Safari. There were other users with errors, but our client doesn’t have that info. There are a bunch of errors in the “Other” menu that all read like this: “ERROR: Form 262 > MailChimp API error:”, but there is no explanation of what the error is. Any advice?

Hey Pat,
Sorry for the delay in getting back. I just tested your site in Chrome on Android and did not see the error.
Errors like “ERROR: Form 262 > MailChimp API error” are recorded when there is an error in communication between your website & MailChimp. You can ignore it unless it consistently happens.
