Only visible to logged in users – problem
-
I am trying to hide certain directory fields unless they have certain roles, but the user roles that I use are not listed in the drop down.
How can I make the directory public, but require people to subscribe in order to be able to view all the fields (e.g. Name, Telephone, E-mail)?
The problem is that non paying users have ‘subscriber’ role (in order to be included in mailing etc.), but the directory should not display the fields unless they are paid member. Please, do not suggest for us to make all the paid members ‘contributor’ or ‘editor’ role as this would pose a security risk and other problems.
Also, is it possible to limit the display of the fields also in Single Entry View?
