Only see logins, no logouts

On my site, ThreeWP Activity Monitor is only showing logins and failed logins, but never shows when someone logs out. I’ve turned on all the activities to monitor.
Is there something I can do to get the plugin to show logouts? Is this maybe a compatible problem with WordPress 3.8.1?
