Only registered users can comment?

    Hi WordPress Support,

    I noticed that despite my settings are turned off for “only registered users can comment”, my blog is still telling readers that only registered users can comment. Is there something I can do so it doesn’t display that on top of the comment thread?

    If it’s any relevant, I’m currently using the Serenti theme, and have no comments-related plugins installed.

    For this need to required manage condition for not display post without register & logged user.

    This one setting only for comment form related.

    You can manage your condition code on comments.php
