Only one post won’t take certain edits

I created a post that was rich in photos. I did not have any trouble making revisions. however, now I find I cannot add links – it goes through all the processes but then the link is simply not showing.
I cannot add any more photos. If I try to add one it appears at the top of the post and not where I put it so I have to delete it. I cannot edit captions on the photos already in the post.
I can make edits to texts.
I do not have any editing problems on any other posts.
Is this some kind of memory issue as I have about 20 photos in one post? (although I did resize them)
