Only empty boxes at the backend while editing existing form

Hi there,
As much as I have re-installed the Caldera form plugin, I still have problems when creating or editing existing forms. If I open a form already created with the intention of editing it, I only see empty boxes in my back end, and there is not way to editing it but, the form does work perfectly. The same happens when creating new ones. Some help?
