Only Admin has access to WpStream Plugin

    Hi,
    We’re trialling your plug-in on our church’s web site. Currently only the admin can access the plug-in, and we really need other users to be able to access it.

    We’re using advanced User Roles Members plug-in, but cannot find anywhere in those to enable other “Editors” to have access to the WpStream plug-in.

    Even a clone of the Admin account cannot access it. Can you suggest a way forward with this, or do you not support giving access to other users than Admin?

    Thanks for your message! You are able to allow regular users to broadcast on your website without accessing the back-end. Please check out one of the tutorials below for instructions depending on which page builder you use:

    – Elementor
    – WPBakery

    The site uses Fusion Builder. Do you by any chance have any instructions for that?

    Hi benvcs,

    Yes we do! Please follow the instructions in this article.

    You more or less need to follow the exact steps from the video tutorials however, instead of a block or widget, you will add this code to the page:
    [wpstream_go_live id =””]

    You can add the channel ID between the quotation marks if you want to assign a particular channel to a user like so: [wpstream_go_live id =”123″]
