    Hi TablePress-ers!

    I hope you’ll forgive this noob question…

I have a set of .csv files that are stored on my (personal) Onedrive which I’d like to link to Tablepress. I can’t do a one-time or a manual import as these files will get updated on a regular basis, so this won’t work.

Now when I try and link to one of these .csv files I get the “SHARE” link for the file from Onedrive and paste it into the Import > File URL section of Tablepress. No matter whether I select .csv or HTML as the import format I either get a nonsense table, or a Tablepress error message.

Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

What are these Share links that you are pasting into that field giving you when pasting them into a “Private browsing”/”Incognito” tab in your browser (to make sure that you are fully logged out everywhere).
They must directly be giving you HTML or CSV content for the import to work (and no Onedrive interface or login screen of any kind).

    Regards,
    Tobias
