[OneColumn] Header Image need help :-)

Hi,

I have the Theme OneColumn by Guido van der Leest. I want to make some changes so that the image header can bee seen on every site and I want to put a second external image on top of it and both are “clickable”, where the header image refers to our site and the second image to another site.

But the main problem is that I does not make it happen that two images lay on top of another while both are clickable and I still have a responzive theme. It works with making settings with absolute values but that does not look good on other screens.
