One Subscription always gets same invoice number

    Hi,

    We have a problem with one subscription that always gets the same invoice number when renewed. I tried to find a cause, but did not succeed so far. Other Subscriptions even with the same payment method do not have that problem.

    Hi @dermartin85,

    Which plugin are you using in order to manage subscriptions?

    In the order notes of the affected subscription, is there any information that seems different or odd, like a cancellation or strange status change?

    You may need to check your database for that order, according the this documentation: Invoice numbers not increasing
