I’m setting up a time table for a conferenc, so many rooms at the same time. Breaks and lunch is the same for all the rooms so I want to make a row that is present in all the columns, like you’ve done here: https://mpttdemo.getmotopress.com/wordpress-conference/

How is that done ?

Hi Sara @2dgf

While adding a shortcode of timetable you should set the parameter ‘Merge cells with common events‘ to Yes
If the shortcode has been already added you can try to find parameter group="0" and change it to group="1"

Note:the event you want to stretch should take place at the same time and at each day of week.
