Not as far as I know in WordPress, you could up a mailing list email account, which then forwards to two separate accounts.
Gmail has this feature for Email forwarding.

two people use the same profile, they don’t want their own and want notification sent to both. harmck’s suggestion will do, though server forwarding instead of gmail
If it is notification for contacts you can use this plugin .. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/si-contact-form/
gSaenz, didn’t want to presume you had access to setup a mailing list directly on a mail server, but that would be the ideal solution!
@dil, I don’t think the plugin has anything to do with gSaenz’s query.

@dil~ not looking for a contact form, talking about the profile email account. Apples and Oranges… Besides, already use contactform7 for the contact page.
