One post loads to soon

Every page with the Ajax Load More shortcode loads additional post straight away, which result in a 2 post page.
After that, the additional posts load correctly (only when I scroll to the bottom of the page).How do I get the first post also to load only when I scroll to the bottom of the page instead of loading straight away?
