One page doesn't load on some platforms

I have one page that doesn’t load on all platforms. It loaded fine very recently, but in the last week, something happened, and I don’t know what happened, because I am not experiencing this on other pages on my site.

Do you know why this behavior would be so isolated? The page loads fine on safari, and firefox, but when I connect via ie, it doesn’t always show up.

Traffic has been cut in half since this weird change occurred about a week ago.
