One form mails, others don´t

    Since some days contact form data from 4 forms in different languages is sent to the same database, but only from one the forms a notification mail is sent. It has been working fine for quite a long time, but now (WP 4.0?) there is a problem.
    Is there a filter for foreign IP-adresses?
