Once again, doesn't work with Newsmag Theme

    Hello, I know it’s kind of silly to create a thread like this but ugh, I have spent days trying to figuring out but it just doesn’t work.

    I have read two topics where two others guys successfully inserted the code, I did the exact same thing but it has become so frustrated.

    So my question is, at the “get_image”, where do I start inserting the code to make this work?
    Would you mind showing me specifically?

    Hi, I did it, it’s visible now.
    But not well sized, I know it’s because this is external pic so wordpress cannot crop or scale it.

    Is there any hope for this ? 🙁

    Hi! Could you please share a link where we can see where things are “almost” working (that is, an external featured image is being used, but it’s not properly scaled).

    Also, could you please detail how you’ve solved your issue?

    I’m having the same issue as well. I inserted the code, it appears that it’s trying to work because there is a space, but no image is displaying.

    David,

    The link is here however the page updates all the time, so depending when you see this link it may not be there. I’ve placed it on the top left article under major news, as you can see it’s lower than the others. The article in question is “Weyco Group Inc. (WEYS) closes Monday at $27.99 (3.90%) before releasing earnings report…” Which I’ve added in the external featured image but doesn’t display.
