Yes! I just made another support thread sticky that deals with this, but I also wrote up the how-to in this post: http://joshuadnelson.com/scripts-to-footer-plugin.
You can also utilize the metabox and disable the plugin on a specific page/post.
At some point I will expand the GitHub page with a few wiki’s describing how to do this as well. Hope that helps!

Further, it should be noted that if your plugin script is dependent on another one (like jquery) you will want to disable that one as well. Again, this is where that metabox may be easier and more appropriate.
