OK, submit button has problems

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have contacted webdorado, and they cannot “duplicate” the issue, so I don’t know what else to do. My tag manager is showing people (in my expected area) hitting the submit button multiple times, but it won’t send the submission. Each time I miss one of these, I miss about $800. I count about 10 over the past year. I even tried a test submit today, and it did the same thing. Maybe I need to used the paid version, to have this work better?
