often no access – no access on mobile device

    Hello

    I just installed the download monitor plugin, activated the mailchimp extension.

    When I subscribe to my mailchimp list I get an email with the download link. Sometimes I can get the download (pdf), sometimes I get the no access page. My email is in the mailchimp list.

    This is the download link:
    http://www.mywebsite.be/download/901/?e-mail=my@email.be

    When I can download the PDF on my computer, I can’t download it with my mobile device: no access. It’s an android device.

    I think that the verification between the plugin and mailchimp is not always working. In some cases I get the email with the download link faster than I see my emailadress in the mailchimp list.

    Any suggestions?
