• I have two 2.8.4 WP sites that are nearly identical (one in Japanese and the other in English). On the Japanese site, the surveygizmo plugin works fine. I can activate it, set the API key from the Dashboard GizmoSettings and it all works. On the English site, I can activate install and activate the plug-in fine BUT it never displays GizmoSettings in the Dashboard pane so I can’t set the API key and it does not work. I have tried the install three time and same every time. It is almost as if the GizmoSettings option is set to not display—the plugin is active but there is no way to set it as described in the manual—very weird. I am still a noob at this stuff but having succeeded in setting this up once on the Japanese site I am at a loss about what has gone wrong on the English site. Other than this, other plugin on both sites are identical and are only Akismet and Amember for WordPress all with identical versions on both sites.
