Odd Messages Sent To Recipient

I’m very happy with your plugin (free version so far), but I’m getting two small problems. Any assistance would be most welcome.
1. I’ve set it up so that an automated reply is sent. This works very well, but its also sending a second message saying “Sorry but you cannot post messages to our subscribers.” (with the “sent from Visual Form Builder” line underneath).
2. I’m also not getting email notifications of submission but they are appearing in the dashboard. Is there some setting I’ve missed perhaps?
