Remove search FORM (not icon)

I’ve seen posts about this, but they are old, and the fixes are not current options.
I want to remove the search FORM from the medium header — not the search icon in the menu. There is no longer an option to do that in Customizing – Header – General
Top Header – Elements Positioning, there are 3 elements, but no options to remove them:
Search Form
Logo
Social Buttonshttps://www.dropbox.com/s/lyra0wjb8wlod70/EL-WP-HeaderOptions.png
I have no social buttons, so those are not displaying.
