Ocean Error after this update.

I’m having a problem with the OceanExtra plugin.
I can’t upload any .svg files after I update this plugin to recent version 2.0
Shows I don’t have permission…
Whenever I revert a backup to the old version of this plugin, I can upload .svg normally again.

“No permission to upload this file type.”

And another question nothing to do with the matter, where is the “Scripts and Styles” option in the new theme panel?
