Numbers are going back when I activate the plugin

    Hello,

    I did used this plugin on mu older domain without no problems… No I want to use this plugin on my new website.

    I did already have an order with number 3480, but when I activate the plugin then that order number changes back to number 5. And then the new order will have number six ..

    While I think that 3480 must stay 3480 and a new order must be 3481

    How is this possible ?

    Hey you’re correct that existing orders are supposed to maintain their original order numbers with this plugin. Not sure why this would not have happened with your new domain. I just tested with a fresh installation with existing orders and the original order numbers were maintained, something must have gotten screwed up within your database, but I couldn’t say what.

    I’m going to mark this as closed as it’s more than 2 months old.
