Now, about the issue you are experiencing, try Manually upgrading. When all else fails, download a fresh copy of the WordPress (top right on this page) to your computer, and use that to copy up. Access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete then replace the wp-admin and wp-includes folders on your server (NOTE: do not delete the wp-content directory or your wp-config.php file). Read the Manual Update directions first.

BACKUP: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups! See https://wordpress.org/support/article/wordpress-backups/

First of all, I’m not sure where exactly you want to log in? Your link points to a page in the frontend where you can see a shortcode that apparently comes from the “User Frontend” plugin.

Then I ask myself: which update do you mean? Which one did you install exactly?

By the way, your backend is still accessible via /wp-admin/ or /wp-login.php. Can you log in there? If not, what exactly is happening here?

When I go to https://cetateadacilor.ro/wp-login.php, I see the WordPress login form. Everything is fine.

If you don’t see it, try using a different browser. Your browser may still have something in its cache that is preventing it from displaying.
