• We noticed that just since 8/8/2016, we stopped getting email notifications from the plugin when a new application was submitted. We haven’t changed anything on our end. And since the email appears to be coming from the applicant, there is no way to whitelist anything with our email client. We’ve checked our spam & junk and these email notifications are not in these folders. Any ideas on why it would suddenly stop working?

    1. Please reference this thread – email issues are usually 99.99% issues with your hosting environment and NOT job manger.

    2. You will get a submission date on the email however, in order for you to get this on the “Applications List” you will need to add a Form Field on your main form to capture that information and then ensure you have checked to apply that data to the main list in the Back-End. That is a feature update we hope to add shortly so that the date is automatically added to the back-end so for now what I provided is a work-around that we have used on many sites.
