When submitting a question admin notifications are sent 6 times. Not sure why this happens.

Good morning, I have the exact same problem. Any type of notification by email is sent over and over again (duplicated).

For safety, I also tried to install wordpress from scratch, basic wordpress template and installed the plug-in from scratch.

What could be the problem?
