Notifications email not working

    Hi,
    If the email delivery fails or an error occurs, then I do not get an email notification about it. I have chosen admin email and put in an email address. I have also tried testing with different email addresses, but no one receives anything.

    Thank you for the details.

    Please note that the email notifications use the PHP Mail Function to send the notification emails. If it is not supported or is being restricted on your server, this could prevent the notifications from being delivered.

    We suggest trying a different notification option from the plugin settings or enabling the Fallback option, and then testing the notification again.

    If the issue persists, please share the test results with us so we can investigate further.
