To be honest, it could be a number of those but my first reaction is that it’s a security or anti-spam plugin doing something.
Can you try disabling all of those and trying again?
It’s hard to diagnose without going through and disabling all of them and then enabling each one and testing the admin emails at each step. If deactivating the security plugins doesn’t work, you may have to do this.

I did it already like ask in your documentation. It’s taking a lot of time.
But maybe i miss something.
To test each plugin i have to make a user forgot password demand to see if admin notification (Lost Password – For Admin) is sent…is there a quicker way to do it ?

Unfortunately not. This is the only way to test and make sure.
I’m pretty confident one of those plugins is the culprit though.
