    Hi,

    I’ve installed the booking plug-in since a little more then a month. And in added some translations in the mail notifications. When I confirmed the booking the mail was send in the user’s language (the language they had selected on the website). But since a while the language is not specified anymore and it send these mails with all languages (see below).
    Is there anyway to solve this?

    Hi Tom,

    With most translation plugins, the email notifications are sent out in the language of the user that is interacting with WordPress when the email is sent out. That means when a user makes a booking, it is sent out in the language they are using.

    However, when you confirm or reject a booking, it is the admin using the site at that moment, and these emails get sent out with the language the admin is using at the time.

    I’m not aware of any workaround for this other than doing some custom-coding to save the language a booking was made in.

    Thanks so much for the answer at least now I understand how it should work.

    But have you any idea why it’s sending all the languages?

    I don’t. You might try contacting support for the translation plugin to see if they have any ideas.
