Notification emails marked as spam

Hi There,

first, I would like to thank the developers for this amazing plugin. It is just what I needed.
Unfortunately, I do have problem receiving notification emails about new applicants.
The mails appear to be sent from the applicant’s email address and outlook keeps marking them as spam, which has already led to me missing an application.
Is there any way to adjust the sender of these emails? If all the mails were coming from one address I could mark it as trusted.

PS. Another user was having the same problem a couple of months ago but unfortunately the issue was not resolved then.
