    Hi there,

    I’ve set up a form and I believe all the correct pieces are in place, but when I test the form, the notification email doesn’t send to the user or a copy to me.

    Send confirmation email to user is selected, as is include a copy of the user’s entry.

    I have the same problem, I can see the information in the Entries file but the information didn’t go.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! By chance do you both have all the inputs, especially the “E-mail(s) To” input filled in under the Email section of the form?

    Furthermore, the Classic version of VFB Pro suggests using an SMTP plugin. This should function with the free also. For more information on how to configure the SMTP Plugin I suggest consulting the link below.
