    Can user get a notification for a new download file that another user created ?

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    We do provide email notification extension but that is for the admin. It’s not currently possible to send a notification to the user. You will need custom code which is beyond the scope of our support. I would suggest contacting a 3rd party developer.
